Yanique, B.S, EFDA
Originally from Jamaica, Yanique has earned a B.S degree in Computer Science.
She has always liked to work with her hand and people although she has an IT background. Her passion for dentistry continues after finishing a degree at Anthem College for Dental Assisting. She later acquired Expanded Function in Dental Assistant which allows her to perform numerous tasks beyond taking digital x-rays and chair-side assisting.
She has worked with several specialists and realized that she loves working with her hand, assisting in surgical procedures such as extraction, root canal treatment, bone graft, implants and taking care of patients.
She is extremely talented, gifted when it comes to fabricating temporary prosthesis. We usually refer her as the "Doctor’s Right Hand.” She is The Head Assistant, which is the highest level of Dental Assistants as they have Level I, Level II, Level III....

In her spare time, Yanique enjoys playing Netball, playing Scrabble and spending time with her small family.
